WHAT IS PRP?

PRP contains healing growth factors that tell your body’s tissue to regenerate and multiply. This has led different medical fields to utilize PRP for speeding up recovery time and regrow, healthier stronger tissue.

How does PRP work for Hair Restoration?

Increases thickness of hair
Increases blood supply to the follicle
Controls the hair growth cycle
Decreases hair loss
Initiates and maintains the growth phase

What is the PRP for hair loss procedure?

Step 1: A unique collection tube is used to draw your blood and placed in a centrifuge.
Step 2: After 10 minutes, the platelets are separated from the blood and drawn into a syringe.
Step 3: The platelets are injected using a small needle into key areas that need hair regeneration.
From start to finish, this procedure takes about 30 minutes.

Does the procedure hurt?

Some patients experience a little bit of sensitivity, but we use a numbing spray to decrease any discomfort. Most people don’t have any problem with the small needle and quick injections.

How many treatments are required?

The amount of treatments depends on your individual need. We recommend starting with 3-4 treatments spaced 1 month apart. Then, depending on your need, treatments can be 3-6 months apart.

Is there any recovery time?

There is no downtime at all! It’s best to take a warm shower after the procedure and to stop using any harsh dyes or chemicals for at least 48 hours.

How much do treatments cost?

Each treatment costs $700. A package of 3 treatments costs $1,800.
